My Oregon Scientific ATC-2K was mounted looking up on the TV tower based launcher that John Hansel used to launch his Nike Smoke.

The cam (not shown) was located where the TV Antenna mast goes at the top of the tower 

It did a good job of capturing video as the rocket passed by.
